Vanessa A. Bee, author of the recently published and highly acclaimed memoir, Home Bound: An Uprooted Daughter’s Reflections on Belonging, and Senior Litigation Counsel at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, will be meeting with interested students for lunch in WCC 3009 (12:25 – 1:20 pm). Vanessa will share portions of her enthralling personal story as well as her experiences charting her own path to public-interest law and writing. Lunch will be provided.
